"I thought she said she wanted a child from you? What does she mean?" Shiina asked

[nurse]

"What do you think? Just that, to me have a child so she can be raised as a warrior too, every woman here does it, some more than once" Raina explained looking at him on the floor "I know what you are thinking and no, it wont happen between us human"

[DragonKnight]

"You have children and train them when their kids? All of you do that?" Shiina asked curiously

[nurse]

"Of course, every child needs training to become strong, we work hard, we know we must strive and make sacrifices to be good warriors to serve our god and our kingdom, pljs being a warrior is honorable"

[DragonKnight]

"Don't you have merchants? Teachers? Art? Music?" Shiina asked

[nurse]

"No," she said wondering if she wolkd had done better in any of those, than hlw she did in the military

[DragonKnight]

"But you need people like them for culture and money. Without it, you'll be viewed in the wrong light. You'll be seen as barbaric and bad."

[nurse]

Rina scoffed "you mean they do see us as barbaric, what does it matters? We are conquering their lands before they can mutter a word" she said tired as she moved to her side in the bed "now let me sleep human" she said

"You are only making people angry. If that happens, people will retaliate." Shiina explained.

[nurse]

"Even if they do, we are stronger, and even if it was like you said, you are the enemy why are you ponting out our weaknesses so we can make them stronger?" She asked groaning as she moved again as it seemed Shiina was not going to let her nap

"Because I want to learn about every race in Shoriban. I like to learn new things, and your culture is interesting." Shiina explained.

[nurse]

Rina couldnt help but feel he was indeed weird " what kind of prince are you?" she asked "yeah, yeah I know you are no longer one, but...you are not...like princes usually are"

"I saw how people suffered in my own land, I couldn't be a part of what my family wanted. I won't be their pawn." Shiina explained.

[nurse]

"And now you are a war prisioner, seems you are doing amazing" she said with irony "what was so bad that you would leave to be a communer?"

[DragonKnight]

"People were dying as my family lavished in luxury. Men and women worked to death to provide meager scraps for their families as my family enjoyed a banquet every night. I couldn't be a part of it. I had to leave, to find some help." Shiina explained.

[nurse]

"And you say my culture is barbaric?" She asked

[DragonKnight]

"No. My family is though. They take what they want without remorse. I don't want to see them again." Shiina said as he laid down.

[nurse]

Rina went silent thinking of it laying down in her bed and seeing him on the flooe he threw a pillow and blanket to him

Shiina felt the pillow and blanket hit him and looked to Rina. He gave her a smile as he went to bed.

Rina turned o her back and went to sleep, knwoing the human couldnt leave even if he tried. She slept all through the night, yet before dawn she was already up, dressing to go practice and train
