"Nothing now honey but you ass really dilated now I think the babies will come soon. Push harder honey" Sam said. He moved his hands to massage Alex's belly to help him relax.

"Don't touch me!" Sam shrieked and pushed Sam's away from his belly. He didn't know why but it hurt him when Sam touched his belly. On the next contraction Alex pushed as hard as he could.

Sam was shocked when Alex pushed him away. but it's okay he know that it's hurt and he must control his mood now. "I'm sorry honey I'll not do it again. How can I help you now?" Sam said as he look as the asshole but nothing come now.

"I-I don't know. Sh-should we call a doctor?" Alex asked, in a panicked tone. He tried to stay calm, but the situation was making it hard.

"I already called it honey but no one answer me. It's okay just do it slowly. I know it's hard but I believe in you honey you can do it. Just push more and more"

Alex nodded, but he was extremely scared. "What if something's wrong with the babies?" He whispered in a barely audible voice before pushing again.

"Don,t think too much honey It'll be okay. We had met the doctor many times and nothing wrong with the babies. They're just so big make it's hard to push them out but i know you can do it" Sam held Alex's hand to calm him down and hugged him gently.

Alex took a deep breath and held onto Sam. More time passed, at least a half hour, and Alex could finally feel the head crowning and the burning of the head stretching his bum.

"Alex I see the head but it's just small part now you must push more honey I know you can do it" Sam holding Alex's hands while rubbung his back to help him relax.

Alex nodded a little bit, and squeezed Sam's hand while pushing as hard as he could. He took deep breaths in between pushes. He was on the verge of breaking down in tears.

"Hey you can cry as you want honey but you must push more and more I know you can do it. our babies are waiting to meet us honey" Sam rubbed Alex's hair and wiped his tears on hi face.
