Sean went to tell his father about his very first Pokemon.

Kyle yawned as he sat down, waiting for Squirtle to be healed up. "I guess I should phone my mother next!" He said noticing Sean phoning his dad.

"Thanks, Dad. Bye." Sean hung up and sat down beside Kyle.

"Be right back" Kyle said as he headed to the PC to phone his mother. Kyle returned after a few minutes. "So how much longer you think it'll be before they're all healed?"

"Just a few more minutes." Sean replied.

"Guess we get get to relax awhile." Kyle said, "Bet your dad was glad to hear from you. I know my mom was. She can't wait to meet Squirtle. Oh and to meet you, too!"

"Thanks. By the way, can you guess who my father is?" Sean asked.

Kyle thinks about it, the question hinting at the fact he should know him. "Is your dad someone I know?" Kyle asks oblivious to the fact Sean's father is Ash Ketchum, the Pokemon Master.

"Yes, he is." Sean smiled.

Kyle thought awhile longer, unable to recall meeting his dad. "Hmm....ok, I give up who's your father?"

"I know you've never met him, but my father is the Pokemon Master, Ash Ketchum." Sean replied.

"You're the Pokemon Master guy's son?" Kyle looked at you, "Sorry, didn't mean to insult by not knowing him too well...I've heard the name just once back in Unova, and only a few times since getting to Kanto. Some trainer I am, or want to be, if I don't even know much about the Pokemon Master, besides a name..."

"It's fine. Even though my father is an adult, he still acts like a kid." Sean said. Soon, their Pokemon were healed.

They walk up to the counter. "Thanks Nurse Joy!" he says as he picks up the Pokeball containing his Squirtle.

Sean collected his Charmander and Raticate.

Kyle pulls a Town Map out of his backpack as they leave the Pokemon Center. "Hmm, let's see what we could see here in Viridian." Kyle feels his stomach rumble, "Guess a restaurant first, huh? Ha ha"

"That's good." Sean said. "I'm hungry."

They head to a restaurant called 'Viridian City Diner'. "Order whatever you want Sean." Kyle said, "I'll pay for the meal." Kyle orders a cheeseburger with fries.

"OK." Sean ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries.

The waitress brings them their food. Kyle happily begins to eat. "Mmm...this is good! Kyle said, "but, still doesn't beat out the Striaton Burger from back in Striaton City of Unova...Maybe I'm a little biased?" Kyle chuckled.
