"Some water please..." Angel nodded starting to get tired but knew she still had one more baby after this one was ever delivered. A strong contraction hit her, as she was unable to stop from pushing, finally feeling the baby stretching her open, "It burns!!!!"

Maria sighed in relieve knowing that Angel finnaly making a progress, she put the straw on angel mouth, help her drink her water first, "Its okay, it will gone after few pushes."

Angel swallowed the water, loving how good it felt. Spreading her legs, Angel bared down looking at the mirror able to see her babies head finally coming out. Giving a hard push, Angel screamed watching the head fully crown, noticing it was huge.

"Okay angel, you need to stop pushing, your baby need to come on its own." She cradling the baby's head on her hand, dont want it to come to fast and make Angel tearing.

Angel nodded trying to pant through the pain, looking down watching the babies head slowly coming out on it's own. Angel couldn't help but smile at the tiny face she could see coming out.

The baby's head come out smoothly, Maria check the cord in baby's neck and thankfully found none. "Your baby's head is born Angel" she informing Angel, they need to wait the baby to turn before angel can start pushing again

Angel nodded watching the babies head between her legs. Although she made sure not to push, it felt like forever before the baby slowly started turning, "Can I start pushing..."

Maria nodded after the baby finally turn to right position, "Okay, give me few bigh pushes and your baby will be here in no time"

Angel nodded knowing the shoulders were sometimes the easy part. Starting to bare down, Angel pushed hard as she could, however didn't feel the shoulders coming. Taking a breather, Angel pushed down again holding it as long as she could, but still found the shoulders not coming.

Maria start to realise that the baby might be stuck inside her, its often happen with a big baby, "Your baby's shoulder is stuck Angel, i'll need to push your belly when you are pushing to help the baby, is it okay?"

Angel nodded, getting tired, "Just get it out." Angel felt the midwifes hand on her stomach, before Angel bared down pushing, "Please...aaahhhhh!!!"

Maria giving pressure on Angel's stomach when she is pushing, try to freeing the baby's shoulder.

Angel continued to push down hard as she could, before feeling a shoulder pop free, "One's out....oooohhhh!!!" Angel has no rest pushing hard starting to feel the baby sliding out of her, "It's coming...."

"Yes, give me one more big push and your baby is here." She craddle the baby in her hand, ready to catch it.

Angel bares down pushing a hard push, before gasping feeling the baby slide out of her. Angel lets her body rest in the sling, feeling exhausted but knowing she has one more baby.

Maria catch the baby and suctioning its mouth and nose from the fluid before give it to Angel, "hold your baby Angel."
