He leaned into Jace curling up it didn't take him long to pass out exhausted from everything that had happened today He was asleep in almost no time at all.

Jace rocked the boy gently running his hand through his hair lightly. He whimpered quietly feeling a sharp pain go across his stomach but ignored it for now knowing his friend needed sleep and didn't want to wake him

Alex would remain asleep for a long time. He was tired but woke a few hours later slowly sitting up and rubbing his eyes. He was sore, his body felt stiff. "hmmm?" he groaned rubbing his eyes. "Jace?" He had fallen asleep on the boy and seemed a bit embarrassed by it blushing slightly.

Jace whimpered quietly his head back as he took deep breaths slowly. The pain passed and he looked at Alex and smiled gently "Sorry, did I wake you?" He asked gently. He smiled seeing the boys cheeks flushed but did not bring it up knowing that Alex needed the comfort while he slept

Alex looked back at Jace for a long few moments and then shook his head. "No, are you ok?" He sat up the rest of the way staring back at Jace curiously. He knew that Jace would go through the same thing that he had soon enough. Perhaps, sooner then Alex wanted but at least then it would be over.

Jace nodded "Nothing you need to worry about, you should sleep some more, gain your energy back" he said smiling softly at the boy before biting his lip lightly as another spurt of pain ran along his stomach, cramping up his belly.
