"I'd like that...ah...mgh..." Sonic cringes in pain and holds his stomach.

“Oh here comes the third one.” Tiff said back to the blue hedgehog happily.

"F-Finally..." Sonic grunts out through the pain as he lays back down and gets into position again.

Tiff spreads the blue hedgehog’s legs apart and starts to check his dilation, “You’re nine and half centimetres dilated, Sonic. I think you should start to feel the contractions get more intense in a few minutes.”

"Great...at least that means this'll all be over soon..." Sonic sighs.

“Exactly. Try thinking positive thoughts and get ready to take some deep breaths.” Tiff said back to the blue hedgehog and placed a dry towel in between his legs for the last pup.

The hedgehog nods and takes a few shaky breaths before groaning and taking one big breath and pushing hard.

"That's it, Sonic! Good, good. The head is coming down." Tiff said back to the blue hedgehog happily.

Sonic groans loudly as he pushes, his face turning a bit red from the effort.

“That’s good, Sonic! The head is completely out and next is the shoulders!” Tiff said back to the blue hedgehog happily.

He stops pushing to catch his breath.

“That’s it, Sonic! Catch your breath.” Tiff said back to the blue hedgehog happily.

"Is...is it almost out...?" He asks between shaky breaths.

“The baby’s shoulders are out! You need to keep pushing, darling.” Tiff said back to the blue hedgehog.

Sonic groans and starts pushing again.

Tiff grabbed hold of the third born pup and she said back to him, “Congratulations Sonic! It’s another baby girl!”

"It's...it's another girl...?" Sonic asks tiredly, not quite registering what Tiff had just said.

“Yes, Sonic darling. It’s another girl.” Tiff said back to the blue hedgehog happily. The third born pup was a ocean blue in colour, she had her papa’s emerald green eyes and some black patterns similar to her daddy, Shadow.

Sonic smiles softly and reaches for his newborn daughter "She's beautiful"

Tiff wrapped the pup in a blanket and handed the pup to the blue hedgehog. The third pup chirped happily to be in the arms of her papa and she buried her face in her papa’s chest.
