Derek rolled up his paternity shirt and exposed the skin of his belly. His navel was already popped up and waddling was already an issue for him. "I can't imagine getting bigger, honey," he cooed as Kage sucked on his neck.

Kage continued to kiss Derek. "I think you'll look beautiful with a big round belly. I can imagine you on bed rest, your belly so big you can hardly move." He stated as he rubbed Derek's belly.

Derek smiled for his husband's sake. He knew how much Kage would love him so big, but as the one laid up and unable to move, the idea wasn't so appealing. "I already have a big round belly, Kage."

Kage nuzzled with Derek. "And when your unable to move. I'll fufill your every whim, giving you back and foot massages, feeding you, and helping you give in to every carnal need you have." He promised to Derek.

Derek poked his husband's side. "You better! You put them in me, babe," he teased. Looking at the clock, he glanced back to his husband. "We gotta get going, Kage. Doctor appointment in thirty minutes."

Kage smiled as he kissed Derek. "I guess I have to then." He said as he helped Derek up and helped him into the car. They drove to the doctors and helped Derek inside.

Derek couldn't help but feel self-conscious as he waddled to a chair. Kage went to check them in as he sat down. Most of the men in here with bellies the size of his were here for their final checkups. Derek still had five months to go. Guess that's what happens when you're carrying quints, he thought.

He smiled as Kage sat down next to him. His husband drew circles on his belly as Derek read a paternity magazine.

Kage smiled as he rubbed Derek's belly. The assistant called their last name and Kage helped Derek to the doctor. He helped Derek onto the exam table as the doctor entered. "Hey doc. All ready to see our little ones." He said to the doctor.

Derek rolled up his paternity tee as the doctor arrived. "Hello, doctor. Just tell me what to do," he smiled, intertwining his fingers with Kage's.

Dr. Howard smiled. "Just keep your shirt up so we can see your babies." He said as he started to spread gel over Derek's belly. He pressed the wand to Derek's belly and showed them the shapes of the babies on a small tv screen. "Looks like all five are healthy and growing." Dr. Howard said.

Derek smiled at the sight of his growing babies. All of their heartbeats combined made a constant *swoosh-swoosh* sound. "Oh, wow doctor. My little babies... hi there, it's Mommy," he cooed down to his exposed belly.

He looked back up to the doctor. "Anything else I should know?"

Dr. Howard smiled as Kage grinned ear-to-ear. "I can tell you the genders if you want." He offered.

Derek scrunched his eyebrows. "Already? Well, okay then, doctor," Derek responded, looking to Kage. "What do you think, honey?"

Kage smiled. "Whatever you want honey." He stated.

Derek rubbed his belly in thought, then turned to the doctor. "Show us the sexes. I'd like to know who's in this big belly," he laughed.

Dr. Howard nodded as he moved the wand around. After a moment, he spoke. "Looks like four girls and a single boy." He stated.

"Four girls!?" Derek exclaimed, looking to Kage. "We're gonna have our hands full."

Kage chuckled. "I know! I'm sure we can handle it. Besides, we have a little boy." He said as he kissed Derek on his cheek.

"A cute little boy will be wonderful," Derek replied, grinning. He turned back to the doctor. "Anything else you're here to do today?"

Dr. Howard shook his head. "Looks like your all good. Just keep exercising and a healthy diet and you should be fine." He said as Kage helped Derek off the table, to the car and took him back home.
