Both Nick and Martina had quite a difficult time getting Nick off the bed and into a standing position. Nick undid the drawstring on his pants and pulled them down as far as he could, making sure to leave his underwear on. He was able to get them down to just above his knees when a contraction began to brew within him. "Ok, I think another one is coming." he said grabbing onto Martina's hand to squeeze. As the contraction forced itself on Nick, he huffed and puffed as Martina instructed. Nick was not taking this contraction well. He started to tear up, and tried to hold back crying this early in his labor. Finally, the spasm released him. Nick was quite disoriented after it, and leaned on the bed as he caught his breath. Even though there wasn't much pain left, Nick was still having some issues with his stomach. He reverted back to an old childhood habit to help him deal with the massive contraction he just went through. Reaching under his belly he grabbed and held his penis. "Calm down, girls, it's over" Nick said softly to himself, trying to soothe his daughters. "That was a big one." he said to Martina. Nick looked incredibly bloated at this point. Even though Martina thought nothing of it, Nick was still embarrassed at the situation. It was the first time he was this exposed in front of a woman as beautiful as she. "I know, it's still embarrassing though." he said trying to make light of it. Nick wiped his eyes and started taking a few more steps around the small area around the bed, his right hand not leaving his penis. Nick began to feel much bigger than before as the contraction completely eased off. He looked like a walking blimp. "I feel huge." he said to no one particular, "I just keep getting bigger." he said continuing to complain. Making his way back to the bed he said down. Not feeling to great, Nick leaned on his side and farted again. "Sorry, I can't help it."

Martina smiled and shook her head. "Hey, it's okay........just let it go.......", she said and smiled. She then went to the cupboard and took a blanket from there. "I don't want you to get cold", she said and wanted to lay it over him, but wasn't sure.

Nick nodded at Martina's comforting words. "Yes, please...Thank you, I think I needed something to cover myself. I think this is much better than pants" he said as Martina laid the blanket over Nick's large belly and legs. After a few minutes of talking with Martina, Nick started to feel even more uncomfortable. He farted again, and once immediately after that. He started to feel slightly constipated, but ignored it thinking that it was just part of his labor. He put his hand back on his penis to help keep calm.

Martina raised an eyebrow. "Are you okay, Nick ??", she asked him, as she saw, that he seemed to be a bit uncomfortable.

"I think so...just a bit uncomfortable is all." he said as that was what he truly believed. Nick laid there on the bed looking like he was about to explode. He grabbed Martina's hand and held it with his free hand. He looked at her "I don't feel good." he said farting once more.

Martina became a bit more serious. "Do you want to go to the bathroom or do you want me to check ??", she asked him.

"I don't want you to check me." he said afraid of the pain of the rectal. "I just feel...I don't know...It's weird." he said trying to get himself comfortable on the bed. He could feel the pressure in his butt increase slightly. "I just want to (fart) sit here for a minute."

Martina nodded. "Well, okay........but, if you want to go to the bathroom or anything else, then I will go with you", she said and tried to smile, even though she was worried about him.

Nick nodded "Ok, that would be great, but I don't think I have to go at the moment. I think it's just gas." he said blushing at what he said. Over the next fifteen minutes, Nick seemed to have his labor get the best of him. He was fidgeting in bed, unable to get comfortable. He even lifted the blanket off of his lower half as he started to feel warm again. Martina was going over a few last minute things with Nick when he decided to sit up. He farted quite loudly, and breathed a sigh of relief as the pressure inside of him was released. Another few minutes passed of Nick being very quiet. He then got a huge urge to take the biggest poop of his life. Nick clenched his swollen hole shut as tight as he could. "Uhm...Martina...can you help me to the bathroom. I need to sit on the toilet...I have to poop...I don't think I'm going to make it by myself." he said farting again.

Martina nodded and went to him to take his hand. "We can go, Nick.....but you should then however try to hold it in as long as possible.......it will help to clean the path before the birth", she said and pulled away the blanket to help him up. "You will see, that sitting on the toilet will even be a relief", she explained.

Getting vertical without making a mess was quite a task for the both of them. Since Nick was using all of his effort to keep his anus shut, there really wasn't much energy for anything else. Once he was standing, however, that became exponentially difficult. "Hold it in? I can try...but I can't make....Mmmmmfff...any promises." he said taking his first step to the bathroom. The two moved at a snail's pace for Nick. Not even half way Nick needed to stop. He was sure this was as far as he could go. "Hold on, I need to stop." he said sweating. "This poop is getting really hard to hold." he said gritting his teeth, looking for Martina for some encouragement, his free hand moving back to his penis. "I think I'm going to have an accident." he said hoping that wasn't the case.

"I'm trying! HEEEE HEEE HOOOOOOO HEEEEEEE HOOOOOOOO" he said quite stressed. Nick was able to take another few steps towards the bathroom. Each step felt like it was an eternity. He felt his penis get hard, distracting him from the task at hand. "Should I wait to flush? Do you have to look at this poop too like last time I went to the bathroom?"he winced as a particularly difficult wave of pressure increased in his butt. "I don't think I'm going to make it." he said, trying his best to hold it.

Martina rubbed his back a bit stronger. "Try to relax, Nick......you are doing really good. Keep breathing. I know, that it feels a lot more now, that you are dilated, but try to keep it in, because it will help to dilate your rectum even more", she explained.
"And no, you shouldn't flush, because I have to check", she said with a smile, letting her hand go from his back to the back of his head and gently stroking his hair, because she thought that it could help him.

"Ok" he responded to Martina. "I think I can keep going now." he said implying that he had to start now if he was even going to think about making it to the toilet. Martina's touch soothed Nick as much as it could given the circumstances. "I hope it all fits in the toilet." he said mumbling to himself. As he slowly moved across the floor, one step at a time, he put his hand on his butt to help hold whatever was coming out, in. "How long do I have to hold it for?"
