Open Birth Clinic..........A midwife opens her doors (CLOSED MPREG-RP)

Jeff arched forward and pushed hard, feeling a hot burning sensation between his legs as the baby's head pushed hard into his birth canal.

"Good, Jeff. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, good, nine, ten and breathe", Sophie said, not yet seeing the head of the baby.

At the end of her count Jeff leaned back to relax against the backrest for a moment before curling forward to push for a third time on the contraction. Jeff felt the muscles in his belly tighten as well as the muscles deep within his pelvis trying to force the baby out of him. Jeff pushed so hard he could feel his leg and arm muscles go tight as well.

"Well done, Jeff. Let's take a little break", Sophie said, removed her hands and stood up. Then she took a wet cloth from the table next to her, which had been rolled in by Sandra before, and approached Jeff to lay it onto his wet forehead...........

Sophie laid the washcloth on Jeff's forehead as Jeff breathed slowly to catch his breath. Inside him the aching pressure of the baby in his birth canal lingered, but he focused on the thoughts of holding his twins to keep himself focused.

Sophie stroke his hair with her free hand. "You are very brave, Jeff. How are you feeling ??", she asked him as she saw him panting like that.

"I feel good...for someone trying to squeeze out a baby" Jeff said, trying to remain lighthearted even in the seriousness of the situation.

Sophie started to laugh. "You are doing fabulous.......it's normal, that it takes some time. Do you want me to stay here at your side during the next contraction to help you bend down ??", she asked him.

"Yes, that would be great" Jeff said as the monitor began to chirp next to him, indicating that he was beginning to have another contraction. Jeff curled forward to push once again.

Sophie nodded and grabbed his strong shoulder with her left hand to help him bend forward and his knee with the other one. "Good, one, two, three, four, five, six, come on, seven, eight, nine, ten and breathe", she said.

At the end of Sophie's count Jeff exhaled before taking a deep breath in and pushing again.

"Beautiful.......one more, come on. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten and breathe.....and take your time now", she said to him.

Jeff pushed again while groaning, trying hard not to push too hard but to relax. The pressure inside him was growing almost unbearable when he pushed, the muscles in his back beginning to spasm from the strain.

"Good job, Jeff. Very well done", Sophie said as she suddenly felt his tensed muscles under her hands. "Would you.....would you like me to hold your leg up a bit, so that you can relax your back ??", she asked him.

"Yeah, that would be great" Jeff said catching his breath, "I really want these babies out of me!" Jeff exclaimed, the pain growing worse

Sophie nodded. "I understand you, but you are really brave....just let your boys the time they need", she said and smiled again. She then replaced her right hand with her left (on his knee) and let her right hand go down to his big right foot, before grabbing it carefully and holding it up, so that his right leg was in the air. She held his foot at his heel and gently stroke his knee with her other hand.
"Okay, Jeff. Then we try another one. Deep breath, hold it in and push, come on", she said and pushed against his leg.

Jeff took a deep breath, curled forward, and pushed, trying hard not to moan as he bore down hard.

"Good, Jeff. You can do it......one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten and breathe out", she said and pulled his leg back a bit.

Jeff exhaled and then quickly inhaled again, curling forward to push for the second time with the contraction.

"Very good, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten and breathe", she said and let her right hand slide up a bit from his heel to the middle of his foot to be able to hold it better and at the same time to provide something to him where he could press his leg against, if he needed.
