Leon you ready I pull over the utral sound and being checking on the babies "wow you sure your only 4 months?" "These babies look bigger then that." I turn to Darol "What do you think?"

"I think so too." Darol replied.

"what should we do ?"

[Plutexian Mpregger]

"We don't want to let this boy die, so the best thing to do would be to terminate some of them or induce labour." Darol then noticed that Leon looks worse for wear. "Termination is not an option, and neither is induction, so get the surgical team in... provided there IS one here."

"Well we have a tiny team but not eqqupit to deal with this many babies at once."

[Plutexian Mpregger]

"I've performed surgery in the wild before now, without any anaesthesia to use and without anything but a knife used for cooking and a cotton and thread." Darol replied. "And the patient survived and went on to have 3 children, so if I can save a life with just what I've mentioned, we can do the same for Leon, as he needs it urgently or else he is not going to be with us much longer."

"Wow so how may do we deliver?"

"Should deliver all of them because I don't think pregnancy with even one baby would be good for him." Darol shed a tear of sadness. "Whoever allowed him to carry so many is getting their backside kicked when I call the lawyer tomorrow."

"I agree Let's get him preped."

"Okay." Darol replied.

Darol then started an IV.

"No time for an epidural and the amount of general anaethesia he'd need would kill a giant so I'll have to fill him with the strongest pain meds."

" ok I'm here to help in any way you need."

Darol makes a phone call to the local hospital and, 5 minutes later, a full surgical team joins them.

"These guys will be able to help us, as although I said I've saved someone with the bare surgical essentials, this is going to be more than a 2 person job." Darol then turned to the surgical team and told them everything.

"this is my first non natural delivery."

[Plutexian Mpregger]

"And it won't be your last either." Darol replied. "As there's going to be more like this."

I gulp "ok what do you want me to do."

"Just watch these guys, as they told me that they delivered 100 babies from a guy before now and they were all full term and babies and guy all survived." Darol replied. "I just happen to know them because the theatre nurse, Jenna, is my twin sister, as they work at a different hospital to the one that I took leave from."

"The surgical team are doing it." Darol replied. "I'm just doing the ventilation bit as the meds had to knock Leon out."

"Someone's gotta do it, otherwise he WILL end up dying." Darol replied. "And even when the babies are delivered, he's not going to be out of the woods."
