The shemale had helped her slave deliver more easily. She had felt her heart become heavy when her slave had yelled out in pain. finaly the slave cried out and deliver the third and the last baby, another girl. he was sweating and panting heavily, so weak from the hard birth. with his final effort, he push the placenta out, and his big belly deflated. his nipples were lactating milk for the babies and he smile and said to his mistress "i love you".
