Trian just nodded, unsure of what had happened. Back in their hotel room, Trian just lay on the bed, still confused. "What was that?"
"Just some stupid shit," Jeremy grumbled.
"She thought we were lovers? Why'd she think that? Well, she probably heard us talking about snuggling... But beyond that, why would she think that?"
JEremy shrugged. "People just assume things."
"Do we really look that much like lovers...?" Trian wondered aloud.
"I guess to everybody else, we do."
Trian was quiet as he thought about it. "Weird. Why would it matter either way?"
"It shouldn't matter at all."
"She said something about a guy named Christian? Who the hell is that?"
"Christian is a general term for people belonging to one of the world's religions."
"Oh. So there isn't some douche named Christian who made some kind of law against same-sex couples? "
"Not really," Jeremy said.
"Well thank goodness for that." Trian got off his bed and sat next to Jeremy. He wrapped his arms around him and pressed his lips against the human's.
Jeremy blinked and kissed back.
The two spent time kissing once more, and then went to bed. The next day was spent seeing all kinds of attractions and landmarks. "Hey, wanna check out Bourbon Street?" Trian asked, nudging Jeremy playfully.
"Sure. Sounds fun."
Bourbon Street had all kinds of things. Restaurants, clubs, bars, burlesque shows, and strip clubs. Trian seemed intrigued by the latter two.
"Well....This is interesting..."
"We should go to a strip club." Trian said decisively.
"What? Really? Why not a bar?"
