"I can only hope." Astien took Marius' face and kissed him deeply, eyes closed.

In the trees beyond the garden, something watched on. "Ours…"
Marius returned the kiss, pulling Astien close.
Astien pulled away and cleaned up what was left of his lunch. "Could you throw this away for me? I have to get back to work now."
"Not a problem. I'll see you at dinner then? How about all four of us go out for dinner?" Marius suggested as he stood up and took Astien's trash. He walked with Astien back to the record hall.
"Sounds good to me. You get Delas and Cormac when they're done with their training and whatnot, and I'll meet you there. How's eight sound?"
"Eight sounds great." He gave Astien another kiss before letting him get back to work. Later in the evening he went to the training grounds where Delas was training.
Delas was sparring against someone as his instructor watched. Ultimately, he lost the sparring match, and after a small tal with his instructor, he handed over his spear an bid him good night. He ran over when he saw Marius. "Hey! What are you doing back here? Did you and Astien make up?!" Hope glimmered in the young man's eyes.
Marius ruffled Delas' hair. "Yeah, we made up."
Delas threw his hands into the air. "Woohoo! We're a family again!"

(Sleepy times. Kisses)
Marius smiled. "Yes. Yes we are. Now let's go get Cormac. We're going out for dinner tonight."
"Great! He's training over this way, I think."
Marius nodded and followed Delas to Cormac's training area. He was just finishing up a sparring match in which he was victorious.
"Well done, boy. Today's your last day using this sword. Tomorrow, you begin forging your own. Be prepared. Now put your sword back on the rack, and go join your friends." Aralith said.
Cormac nodded and put away the equipment. He blinked as he saw Marius. "So...You're back."
Marius nodded. "We made up. You two should probably wash up before we head out."
"Yeah, I smell like sweat 'n stuff. We'll meet by the castle's gates!" Delas ran off into the castle.
"Sounds like a plan," Marius said. He headed out to the gate to wait for Cormac and Delas.
Cormac meet up with him within the hour.
Delas came running out behind Cormac. "Okay, I'm here! Hey, wheres Astien? He's coming too, isn't he?"
"He said he'll meet us there," Marius said. "Unless you want to go and get him"
"He'd probably just tell me to go on without him while he finished up. Lets just go."
Marius nodded and headed to the restaurant, browsing the shops along the way.
