"I hope so. It is my favorite color after all." Astien chuckled.
Marius nodded. "Have you gotten any ideas for your wedding, Cormac?"
"Not really. It'll probably be at Dragonperch though."
"That sounds wonderful itself. Maybe the dragons will sit in on it. Could you imagine? I don't think anyone has ever had the dragons at their wedding!"
Cormac chuckled. "That would be quite the honor."
"I think it's the highest honor a man can get besides a king or three showing up," Marius said.
"No, I'm pretty sure having the dragons there tops that. The drakes will b there too, can't forget that honor."
"That's true. You're going to have the wedding of the era, Cormac." Marius said.
"Do you think Wyn's gonna invite her family? From what you told me, having her family there sounds like it'd be cathartic."
"I don't know. I wouldn't be against it if she wanted to invite them," Cormac said.
"Then you could rub it in their faces! You could brag that you're waaaaay better than that other guy she would have married!"
Cormac chuckled. "They may just see me as the son of a escort, even in my drake robes."
"And then your drake grandfather can remind them that you're above their station. And maybe roast them a bit."
Cormac chuckled. "Perhaps. We'll see, though. It's going to be a while until Wyn and I get married."
"If I were you, I'd rub it in ther faces so hard. I'd make them shine my shoes, and I'd remind them that their little plan to circumvent love failed miserably."
"I wouldn't go that far," Cormac said sheepishly.
"I would." Delas said.

Astien chuckled and rolled his eyes. "Marius, do you want me to wait until the wedding to meet your family, or do you want to call them out to Crescent Bay beforehand, or what?"
"We should call them out before hand," Marius said. "I think they should at least meet their son-in-law before it's official."
"A good idea indeed. I'm still nervous about it, though. I'm sure they're all just as sweet as you, but I'm still scared they won't like me!"
Marius chuckled. "They'll love you. Though, I would just keep Aiden's being a god-baby quiet for the time being."
"I'll defer to your judgement on that. Hopefully, he'll be a good boy and not do anything to give that little tidbit away."
Marius chuckled and rubbed Astien's belly. "Heard that Aiden? You have to behave."
